Professional Development
Discovery Program Intensive
The Discovery program is a powerful leadership development intensive to help you define the narrative for your professional journey. Over three 60-minute workshop-style sessions, this program has helped exceptional leaders explore the big questions and design meaningful career objectives rooted in what matters most.
Session 1
DISCOVERY MAPPING
We start with forming a career portrait to distinguish your story from the experience. You’ll reflect on what helps you thrive at work, the strongest influences in your professional landscape, and the milestones along your career journey line to assess what’s working and what’s missing.
Session 2
NARRATIVE DEEP-DIVE
Examine your expertise with new lenses to reauthor your professional narrative and form a vision statement for your differentiated skillset. Define personal values to form powerful criteria for evaluating new possibilities.
Session 3
INTEGRATE INSIGHTS
Use the opportunity matrix to unpack possible directions based on viability, desirability and usefulness. Exit with 2-3 concrete activities to help you apply and expand your expertise.
